Our canvas is made from a durable cotton and polyester composite with a proprietary coating that ensures vibrant, long-lasting prints. The eco-friendly frame is crafted from responsibly sourced radiata pine from renewable forests. The canvas comes ready to hang, and we include extra hanging materials, along with a lint-free material glove to ensure it won’t damage the canvas or leave smudges.

For the poster option, your design is printed on high-quality Oil painting cloth, delivering a brilliant and vibrant finish. It comes rolled in a tube for safe delivery, ready for you to display.

Your custom canvas will take up to 3 days to create. After it's ready, shipping typically takes an additional 7-10 business days depending on your location. You will receive a Track & Trace code once your order is shipped, so you can follow its progress.

To ensure the best result, please upload a clear, high-quality photo with your dog centered in the image. Make sure their face and important features aren’t too close to the edges, and consider the placement of text in the design—ensure it doesn’t cover key parts of your dog.

Also, be mindful of color contrast. For example, if the design has white text, avoid uploading a completely white photo to ensure your pet and the text stands out clearly or choose the design in another color.
